The doer and the
present human.
Jarred Curcio, J.D., CPT. Entrepreneur, performance coach, natural bodybuilding champion, Penn State Law graduate, former corporate tech sales leader, podcaster, and speaker. Based in Austin, Texas.

Austin, Texas
At 19 I weighed nearly 300 pounds with no vision for my future. By 21 I won the USBF New Jersey Natural Bodybuilding Championship at 175 pounds, all natural. Two decades later I still squat 550, deadlift 600, and I have never missed a workout in 20 years.
I graduated summa cum laude from undergrad, finished Penn State Law near the top of my class, and passed the New Jersey Bar. I never practiced. I spent 11 years building a successful corporate tech sales career, then walked away from it to build this coaching business full time.
I took the principles I learned transforming my body, discipline, consistency, and doing the hard things even when I do not want to, and applied them to everything. My career. My relationships. And now my coaching.
I bridge two worlds: the hard-charging masculine doer and the present, spiritual, intentional human being. I meditate daily and practice gratitude, affirmations, and visualization every morning. I believe discipline is the path to freedom, because it gives you agency over your life. That duality, strength plus presence, is the core of everything I teach.
This is not about looking better. It is about becoming the person you were always meant to be.

No secret.
Just the work.
People want a hack. There is not one. There is a formula, and it is simple, which is not the same as easy. Run it long enough and it changes who you are.
- 01Have a Plan.
- 02Execute the Plan.
- 03Be Consistent.
- 04Get a Coach.
- 05Embrace Discomfort.
